Jess Avenell – Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Jess joined the Brookwater Legal team in February 2017 and comes with a strong background in conveyancing, property and customer service.

Jess has extensive experience in all types of property conveyancing. She came to Brookwater Legal from a Top Tier firm where she was responsible for complex property conveyancing files, including heavy involvement in Retirement Village conveyancing.

Along with the knowledge required to help you through every step of the conveyancing process, whether it be buying or selling, Jess prides herself on excellent customer service. She will always ensure our clients receive all the help and assistance they need to finalise their matter as smoothly as possible.
